Travel Waiver (Minor)

For the purposes of this waiver, a child is any participant aged 17 or younger, regardless of emancipation status. This minor must be accompanied by a designated responsible adult.

1. PARTICIPATION & PURPOSE: My child will join the Trip to KENYA to support the mission of KENYA NOW ORGANIZATION (the "Outfitter"). Participating on this Trip is voluntary.

2. DESIGNATED ADULT SUPERVISION: I appoint (Full Name) as the designated adult responsible for my child during the Trip. This adult is attending the trip.

3. RISKS & LIABILITY WAIVER: I accept all risks of my child’s travel, activities, weather, illness, injury, death, or loss. Outfitter is not responsible for such outcomes.

4. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY: My child is fit to travel. I am responsible for their health and obtaining and/or confirming the purchase of adequate travel insurance, and understand rural medical limits. Outfitter not liable for costs.

5. EMERGENCY CARE: I allow Outfitter to arrange emergency medical treatment for my child if incapacitated and release them from related liability.

6. LEGAL & CONDUCT: My child will follow all laws, and I will ensure their passport, visa, and vaccinations are in order. Any legal issues will be handled at my expense.

7. INDEMNITY & BINDING EFFECT: I indemnify Outfitter from claims and agree this Release binds both parents/guardians, heirs, and assigns. Both legal guardians agree to this waiver.

8. TRIP CHANGES & DISCLAIMER: Outfitter may cancel or change the Trip. They are not liable for accidents, delays, disasters, theft, or lost items.

9. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY: This Release follows New Hampshire law. Invalid clauses do not affect the rest.

10. MEDIA RELEASE: I allow Outfitter to use my child's photos/video taken on the Trip for any appropriate mission related purpose.

11. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE: I understand my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature. I am a legal guardian of the child and I am signing on behalf of all legal guardians.
